Cyber security and your pension

A number of pension plans have been affected by cyber security breaches at major UK companies, as reported in the news recently. 

While these attacks pose a threat to any business, we would like to assure you that our pensions administrator, Scottish Widows, has protections in place to prevent, detect, and respond to cyber-attacks.

Scottish Widows (and its parent Lloyds Banking Group) continuously assesses its security measures and has not been the victim of a successful ransomware attack to date. We would like to reassure you that your personal data is safe.
